If you wish to apply to
Mobius, you can
APPLY ONLINE.
Once the main application
is submitted, these supplemental
pages must be printed, signed, and returned to Mobius prior to taking the
Tescor Survey (day of is fine). If you do not have access to a printer, it is
the responsibility of the applicant to inform Mobius Inc. that their
supplemental pages must still be signed, prior to taking the Tescor Survey. Not
adhering to this may risk applicant's application status.

Employee Benefits
Part-Time:
Part-time employees receive 36¢ per mile for work related travel, and a shift
differential of $4.00 per hour for work on holidays.
Full-Time:
Full time employees
(35-40 hours/week) receive
the same as part-time employees plus Earned Time, Dental Insurance and Health
Insurance, which are explained in the following. Also full-time employees are
eligible for other supplemental (short-term disability insurances are available)
and a 403B Savings Plan for retirement.
Earned Time:
22 days per year for the 1st year worked
26 days per year for the 2nd year worked
30 days per year 3rd-5th years worked
35 days per year for over 6 years worked
Dental Insurance (bi-weekly employee costs):
Employee $10.90 per pay period
Employee plus one person $21.55 per pay period
Employee plus two or more $32.12 per pay period
