Employee Benefits
Part-Time:
Part-time employees receive reimbursement per mile for work related travel, and a shift
differential of $4.00 per hour for work on holidays.
Full-Time:
Full time employees
(35-40 hours/week) receive
the same benefits as part-time employees plus Earned Time and Health
Insurance, which are explained below. Full-time employees are
also eligible for other supplemental insurances such as Dental, Disability
and a 403B Savings Plan for retirement.
Earned Time:
22 days per year for the 1st year worked
26 days per year for the 2nd year worked
30 days per year 3rd-5th years worked
35 days per year for over 6 years worked
Dental Insurance (bi-weekly employee costs):
Employee $16.15 per pay period
Employee plus one person $31.90 per pay period
Employee plus two or more $47.60 per pay period
